Lorraine Dsouza

Lorraine D'Souza moved with her husband, Nestor D'Souza, from Los Angeles, CA to Riverside, CA in 1984 where they started a family and a printing business known as "American Quick Printing," located in Moreno Valley, CA. After 15 years of service to the company Lorraine decided to obtain her Real Estate license in 1999 and join the property selling scene.

After working at companies such as Prudential, Realty Executives, and Remax, she decided to start her own company by obtaining her brokers license in 2010. As of 2023, Lorraine has been selling real estate for the past over 20 years and has worked with many buyers and sellers, each with unique backgrounds. She has also worked different transactions such as Standard sales, Divorce, Probate, and has even teamed up with various banks over the past 19 years to close short sales and foreclosures. Working closely with the sheriff's department, Lorraine has ensured that properties and neighborhoods are safe from squatters that have occupied vacant or foreclosed properties.
